We are seeking a talented videographer who can work creatively with our team to shoot, create and edit tutorial videos, reels/shorts and advertising.

You'll be skilled in your craft, able to direct, film and produce videos that help our coaches teach our content, promote our products and enhance our brand.

Your primary role will be capturing video content, setting up various scenes; indoor, outdoor and for all of our media filming. This role is for someone who will work full-time from our brand new HQ in Sintra. The HQ will provide a state of the art video editing suite, filming areas including a gym to film from.

You’ll work closely with Matt and our media team on filming the best shots for our content. You’ll share your knowledge of cinematic lighting, creative transitions and camera operation skills as well as offer support in the editing studio for post production.

Desired Results

• Setup & light scenes both indoor and outdoor
• Operate cameras on a gimbal (alongside tripods, etc)
• Record high quality audio
• Edit videos that match our current standard
• Match our current style of videos (later we encourage you to add & upgrade the style!)

Other Responsibilities

• Equipment handling & organisation
• Maintaining backups and file organisation of the footage

Experience

• You’ll be skilled in videography; cinematography techniques, composition, creative transitions and lighting.
• Software skills;
  • Premiere Pro (very proficient)
  • After Effects (proficient)
  • Bonus if you have experience with Blender 3D
• A desire to nerd-out on problem-solving, learning new skills and refining your craft.
• You’ll be interested and/or experienced in working with marketing, digital media, and social media.
• Very good English - everything is written and spoken in English.

We are looking for a highly organised person with business assistance experience. You’ll be really good at planning, administrative tasks & love staying on top of everything.

Are you interested in working in a rapidly growing business and want to offer your skills to help our founder with the smooth operation of the business and assist our team to be as productive as possible. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our brand new office based in Sintra as well as providing 1-1 executive & personal support to Matt.

You might have past experience another secretary or personal assistant role or in customer service and events planning.

You are confident in communications both written and spoken in English and Portuguese.

You enjoy working behind the scenes, being in control and you are very organised. You have great intuition, love to systematise and make processes efficient.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of our main Headquarters in Sintra.

Qualities

• Experience with business administration & basic accounting
• Be able to be a bit bossy and help the team stick to deadlines and objectives
• Very good English and Portuguese, especially writing skills
• Proficient with Google Business Suite (google drive, google calendar, etc),
• Experience with Notion is a bonus

We're looking for someone to storyboard, edit and report on short form social media content.

This is a new position in our team so you will have a fantastic opportunity to build and shape how we do things. Working with us will give you plenty of freedom to implement new ideas and lead projects.

Desired Results

• Ideate short form content that has the potential to be viral education
• Script, edit and monitor the results of these reels/shorts

Responsibilities

Create

• Imagine, plan & edit new short form videos
• Take existing ideas from our 100s of graphically annotated tutorials and repurpose them to be vertical video and more catchy
• Collaborate with our video editor(s) to realise your social media vision
• Create compelling copy through captions, scripts and CTAs
• Develop storyboards and write briefs for new videos. Use our extensive video library or plan and shoot new marketing content
• Research, plan & establish new strategies on social media platforms

Manage & Organise

• Report on results metrics. Social media platform analytics and other key metrics
• Maintain clear file structure & campaign organisation

Skills, Qualities & Experience

• Experience video editing in premiere pro preferred
• Very good English, with attention to detail
